The PS5 Pro is equipped with a GPU boasting 67% more Compute Units and 28% faster memory than the PS5, allowing for up to 45% faster rendering. Its enhanced ray tracing delivers dynamic lighting with reflections and refractions at double or triple the speed of the current PS5. Additionally, PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution, driven by AI, provides super sharp image clarity through advanced upscaling technology.

In addition to these visual enhancements, PS5 Pro introduces features like Game Boost, which improves the performance of over 8,500 backward-compatible PS4 titles, and supports VRR and 8K gaming. The console is also equipped with the latest Wi-Fi 7 technology for faster connectivity.

PS5 Pro retains the iconic design of the PS5, with the same dimensions and compatibility with all current PS5 accessories. It will launch on November 7, 2024, starting at $699.99 USD, featuring a 2TB SSD, a DualSense wireless controller, and a copy of *Astro’s Playroom*. Preorders begin on September 26, 2024.
